Born and brought up in the Himalayan foothills, I have a personal connection with meditation since early school days. Having grown up in the city where the Dalai Lama lives, and followed his teachings, calmness, affirmation and spirituality have a deeper meaning for me. Also a doctor by profession and having served in India and Norway, I am well equipped to integrate the cultural ethos of both lands. The practice of mindfulness has been a constant for me for over 20 years now.
